Meet Brad Hutchison, the man with a plan and a heart of gold. He’s as honest, respectful, and fair as they come—no gimmicks, no pushy salespeople, just Brad himself, ready to give you a personal touch when quoting your roof.
Brad’s home improvement journey began in 2006, diving headfirst into home remodeling and production after growing up in a nationally recognized family-run business. He’s a Knoxville local, hailing from the charming community of Fountain City, and is a proud University of Tennessee alum.
Brad’s knack for understanding what his customers need helped Hullco Exteriors blossom into East Tennessee’s home improvement powerhouse. Between honing his skills at UT and gaining further experience at Hullco, he turned his talents towards the world of roofing.
A true East Tennessee enthusiast, Brad’s roots run deep. He loves being part of and contributing to his community throughout the East Tennessee region, from the Knoxville area and beyond, to all the towns around the Smoky Mountains.
He’s a sports enthusiast and UT fan through and through, even playing hockey for UT. Go Vols!
Family is his top priority, with a special love for his grandparents who taught him life’s true values when he was a young boy. He’s passionate about his community, always on the lookout for ways to give back, especially when it comes to kids.
