After removing the old roofing materials, our crew installed the new asphalt roofing system. The Colonial Slate shingles brought a clean mix of gray tones to the home. Subtle darker accents give the finished roof more depth without making it look too dark.
The color also works well with the existing brick, dark gray siding, and white trim. From the street, the new roof looks sharp and balanced. The difference is even more noticeable from above. The faded brown roof is gone, and every section now has a consistent finish.

The gutter replacement completed the exterior update. We installed six-inch seamless gutters in bronze around the home.
Six-inch gutters hold about 40% more water than smaller gutter systems. That added capacity helps during the heavy rain common in East Tennessee. Larger gutters can also reduce overflow and move water away from the siding, landscaping, and foundation more effectively.
The bronze color was a strong choice for this home. It adds definition along the roofline and ties in with the porch railing, brick, and darker exterior details. The new six-inch gutter system looks like part of the home rather than an afterthought.
